About the SAT:
The SAT measures skills in reading, writing, and math (including Geometry and Algebra 2). While many colleges and universities have adopted test‑optional admissions policies, some institutions still consider or require SAT/ACT scores. Additionally, SAT scores may be used to meet the English Language Arts and Math graduation pathway requirements.
